Mon Tresor – My Treasure
The first course is none other than the Succulent Home-cured Salmon with guacamole and horseradish crème. The juicy salmon paired with avocado-based dip can be considered the perfect match on earth.
L’Amour De Ma Vie – Love Of My Life
Next up is the 300-day Grain Fed Prime Ribeye with yam cremeux, white asparagus, and rosemary oats in port wine reduction. The steak is enhanced thoroughly by the savoury red wine sauce and it gives your taste buds an entirely new experience.
Mon Cherie – My Darling
