If you are a daredevil in love, you would love this reality show! Tune in for the second season of Married At First Sight, the acclaimed social experiment series in which six brave souls from the Big City, each yearning for romance and a loving partnership, agree to a very risky proposal in the dating show with a novel twist as the couples have just ten days to prepare for their weddings without knowing anything about their future spouse! Aren’t you intrigued yet?

2. Orphan Black S3 (Lifetime Channel)
Premieres 4th June
Thursdays at 10.00pm
Having watched the first and second seasons, I am caught in a conundrum unraveling the cloning mystery. The thrills continue in the new season of Orphan Black, with Sarah and her fellow clones Alison and Cosima fighting for their survival and freedom. The series opens with The Weight Of This Combination, as Sarah pursues the truth to a faraway compound. But when the menace of Castor returns the entire family must pull together to survive.

3. Wuthering High School (Lifetime Channel)
Premieres 28th June
Sunday at 8.00pm
A classic love story with a modern twist, Wuthering High School tells a story of Cathy who is an outcast at her wealthy Malibu high school. Her life turns around when Heath joins the school, the two irresistibly drawn to each other, filling the voids in each other’s lives. But when Cathy leaves him love spirals down a tragic path spurred by jealousy, pride and their undeniable, consuming passion. Isn’t it wonderful that all your favourites – classic, romance and thrill, are all in one instalment?

In New Money, delve inside the outrageous world of New Money millionaires and see just how they spend their fortunes. If there is one thing you’ll quickly learn from this show, it’s that deep pockets and extravagant taste is a match made in entertainment heaven!

 

5. Pressure Cooker – DIVA (StarHub Ch 513, Singtel TV Ch 303)

Monday at 8 pm

Love to cook but find no time to do so? Pressure Cooker will shower you with inspirations on cooking with a few random ingredients and very little time on your hands! Contestants in each episodes team up with celebrity chefs who coach them a high-stakes, pressure filled culinary cook-off!  (see featured image)

6.  The Paranormal Zone – Syfy (StarHub Ch 517)

Daredevil and dynamic host Li Kim is back with more thrilling investigations of the paranormal world. The highly anticipated Season Three of The Paranormal Zone will see Li Kim venture into Malaysia and South East Asia, bringing audiences extraordinary experiences from investigating the ancient art of mysticism in Indonesia and venturing into the enigmatic culture and beliefs of the modern Singapore.  The Paranormal Zone Season 3 returns, with four out of the 13 episode series filmed in Singapore.

7.  ALONE – HISTORY (StarHub TV Ch 401)

HISTORY® launches ALONE, the boldest and longest survival experiment ever captured for television. The ten-episode series places ten hardcore survivalists alone in the Vancouver Island wilderness – no camera crew, no teams, no producers – on a single mission to stay alive. At stake is $500,000 awarded to the person who can last the longest.

Carrying only what they can fit in a backpack, the survivalists are completely separated from one another in harsh, unforgiving terrain to hunt, build shelters and fend off predators. They will face extreme isolation and psychological distress as they plunge into the unknown, self- documenting their experience. ALONE is the ultimate test of man’s will to survive.
