Do check back regularly as we’ll be updating whenever we’ve got information of new feasts or flash promotions.

Swissotel Merchant Court

Here at the Ellenborough Market Café, expect a festive spread for diverse palates as they dish up an array of traditional (and not-so-traditional) offerings. For the adventurous, they’ve got a Roasted Szechuan Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing and chili padi cocktail Cool Spice to turn up the heat. The Szechuan peppercorn adds a delightful warm spiciness and citrusy aroma that whets your appetite. Not to worry, the spice is complimentary and not over powering. The festive table is also laden with delights such as the Honey Baked Ham with Pineapple Glaze, Roast Turkey Breast with Cranberry Sauce and Turkey Jus and more! Leave room for desserts though, the log cakes are divine. Oh, and don’t get us started on the highly-acclaimed Durian Pengat. It is luscious, slight-bitter sweet, yet not pungent in smell. A definite must try!
